How do I write sorry 100 times?
Write the word "sorry" on 100 separate lines, either on screen or on paper. On screen it is about 600 characters and takes a few minutes to type. On paper it takes roughly 15 minutes for 100 lines and needs about two sides of A5. The paper version is the only one where the effort is visible to the person receiving it.

Everything else on this site is a shortcut, and it is worth being straight about that. A pasted block and a hand-typed block look identical to the recipient. But a photograph of a sheet of paper with a hundred lines written on it does not look like either of them — it looks like something that took time.
That makes the paper version the only format where the effort is part of the message rather than an invisible cost. It is also the slowest and the least convenient, which is precisely why it works.
If you are going to do it, do it properly. Write on plain paper rather than a card, keep the lines even, and photograph it in daylight rather than under a lamp. The point is not that it looks good — it is that it looks real.

Fifteen minutes, one sheet of A5, and one thing to get right.

Rule your lines first
Draw faint pencil lines or use lined paper. A hundred uneven lines looks careless, and careless is the opposite of what you are going for.

Write in batches of 20
Five batches with a short break between them. Writing the same word a hundred times in one go makes your handwriting deteriorate noticeably by line 70.

Count as you go
Number the batches lightly in pencil in the margin, then erase the numbers. Losing count at line 80 and starting again is the most common way this goes wrong.

Photograph it in daylight
Flat on a table near a window, no flash. A clean, evenly lit photo of the page is the version worth sending.

Writing it a hundred times will not fix the reason
There is a school of thought that writing lines is a punishment. If that is how it is being used — by you or by the person asking — the apology is not really the point. Write the lines because you want to, not because someone is making you. If someone is making you, that is a different conversation.

About 15 minutes on lined A5 paper, assuming roughly 12 lines per side across two sides and short breaks between batches. It is slower than typing because handwriting gets less accurate as you repeat the same word.
It is the only format where the effort is visible, since a photo of a handwritten page looks like something that took time. Whether that matters depends on the situation — for a small mistake it can look disproportionate.

You can, but repeating one word is the point. A hundred variations is a letter, not a refrain — and if you are going to write a letter, write a short one that says something specific.
