Plain language
Privacy Policy
The short version: nothing you type or generate leaves your browser. There is no account, no database, and no profile of you. This page explains that in full.
Last reviewed · Nothing is stored, nothing is appended to the text
This is a template, not legal advice
This policy is written in plain language to describe accurately what this specific site does. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and it is not a substitute for professional legal advice. If you are relying on it for a compliance purpose, have it reviewed.
What we do not collect
Nothing you type into the generator is transmitted anywhere. The tool runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript — there is no server-side component that receives your text, and no database that could store it.
There is no account system, so we do not hold your name, email address or password. There is no advertising network on this site and no third-party tracking script that builds a profile of you across other websites.
What is and is not collected
| Data | Collected? | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| Text you generate | No | Runs in your browser only — never transmitted |
| Account details | No | There is no account system |
| Email address | No | Only if you email us directly |
| Advertising identifiers | No | No ad network on this site |
| Cross-site tracking | No | No third-party tracking scripts |
| Aggregate page views | Possibly | Privacy-respecting, aggregate only, no identifiers |
If aggregate analytics are in use, they are configured without cookies and without personal identifiers, and they cannot be used to identify an individual visitor.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If your preferences — such as a chosen emoji or count — are remembered between visits, that is stored in your browser’s local storage rather than on a server, and it never leaves your device. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Because there are no tracking cookies, there is no cookie consent banner. A banner exists to ask permission for tracking that this site does not do.
Your rights and how to use them
Data protection rules such as the GDPR and India’s DPDP Act give you rights over personal data an organisation holds about you. Since this site holds no personal data about visitors, there is nothing to request, correct or erase — which is a simpler position than promising to handle a request quickly.
The one exception is email. If you write to us, that message exists in an inbox. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time and it will be.
Privacy — questions
No. The generator runs entirely in your browser. There is no server-side code that receives or processes the text, so there is nothing for us to see or store.
No advertising or tracking cookies. Any preference you set may be stored in your browser’s local storage, which stays on your device and is removed when you clear your browser data.
No, because there is no tracking to consent to. A banner would be asking permission for something the site does not do.
Your message sits in an inbox like any other email. It is not added to a mailing list, not used for marketing, and not shared. Ask and it will be deleted.
There is no data to sell. The site holds no personal information about its visitors.
